एसिक्लोफेनाक :-

एसिक्लोफेनाक टैबलेट एक दर्द निवारक दवा है और यह एक तरह की नॉन-स्टेरायडल एंटी-इंफ्लेमेटरी दवा है। जिसका उपयोग एंकिलोसिंग स्पॉन्डिलाइटिस, ऑस्टियोआर्थराइटिस और संधिशोथ के इलाज के लिए किया जाता है। यह दर्द के साथ ही सूजन को कम करती है। गठिया के दर्द के पीछे साइक्लो-ऑक्सीजेज एंजाइम जिम्मेदार होता हैं। यह दवा साइक्लो-ऑक्सीजनेज एंजाइम के उत्पादन को बाधित अथवा रोकता है।

ये एंजाइम हमारे शरीर में अन्य एंजाइम भी उत्पन्न करती हैं जिन्हें प्रोस्टाग्लैंडीन कहा जाता है। यह चोट के क्षेत्रों में बन सकते हैं, और दर्द और सूजन दोनों को जन्म दे सकते हैं। जब साइक्लो-ऑक्सीजनेस एंजाइमों को ब्लाक किया जाता है, तो बहुत कम प्रोस्टाग्लैंडीन उत्पन्न होते हैं। इस दवा को लेने से पहले, सुनिश्चित करें कि आपको इससे या अन्य दवाओं से किसी प्रकार की एलर्जी नहीं है।

*दवा को कैसे ले?:-*

इस दवा को लेने से पहले कुछ नस्ता वैगरह लेना ज़रूरी होता हैं, क्योंकि यह आपके पेट को लाइन करेगा और दवा को पेट के साथ इंटरैक्शन करने और अपच का कारण नहीं बनने देगा। डॉक्टर मरीजों को दिन में दो बार, एक बार सुबह और फिर दोपहर में इस दवा को लेने की सलाह देते हैं।

इस दवा को किसे नहीं लेना चाहिए?:-

इस दवा को ऐसे लोग बिल्कुल भी न ले, जिनको किसी भी प्रकार की एलर्जी हो, और शराब पीने के दौरान भी इसे ना ले अस्थमा, ब्लीडिंग तथा हार्ट के रोगियों को बिना डॉक्टर सलाह के , इस दवा का सेवन बिकुल भी नहीं करना चाहिए।

यह दावा कैसे काम करती है?:-

यह टैबलेट एक नॉन-स्टेरायडल एंटी-इंफ्लेमेटरी दवा है जो दर्द को दूर करने में मदद करती है। यह दवा प्रोस्टाग्लैंडिंस दर्द, सूजन और बुखार के लिए जिम्मेदार होते हैं। ऐसक्लोफेनाक मस्तिष्क में साइक्लोऑक्सीजिनेज की क्रिया को रोकती है जो प्रोस्टाग्लैंडिंस के उत्पादन में शामिल होता है

• दस्त पड़ने लगना
• मत्तली और उल्टी (Nausea Or Vomiting)

Aceclofenac: - 

 Aceclofenac tablet is a pain reliever and is a kind of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug.  Which is used to treat ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.  It reduces pain as well as inflammation.  Cyclo-oxygenase enzymes are responsible for the pain of arthritis.  This drug inhibits or inhibits the production of cyclo-oxygenase enzyme.

 These enzymes also produce other enzymes in our body called prostaglandins.  It can form in areas of injury, and can give rise to both pain and swelling.  When cyclo-oxygenase enzymes are blocked, very few prostaglandins are produced.  Before taking this medicine, make sure that you are not allergic to it or other medicines.

 * How to take medicine?: - *

 Before taking this medicine it is necessary to take some snack, because it will line your stomach and will not allow the medicine to interact with the stomach and cause indigestion.  Doctors advise patients to take this medicine twice a day, once in the morning and again in the afternoon.

 Who should not take this medicine ?:- 

Do not take this medicine at all, people who have any kind of allergy, and do not take it even while drinking alcohol, asthma, bleeding and heart patients should not consume this medicine without doctor's advice.

 How does this claim work ?: -

 This tablet is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that helps relieve pain.  This drug prostaglandins are responsible for pain, swelling and fever.  Aceclofenac inhibits the action of cyclooxygenase in the brain which is involved in the production of prostaglandins

2:- Constipation

3:- Get diarrhea

4:- Nausea or Vomiting
